  16. ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, August  10th. 1994 - Alembic Systems International
  17. Ltd. announced that George Peat of GLOBATRONICS, Inc., a Colorado
  18. based NEXTSTEP-savvy firm, operated by Australian businessmen,
  19. has been named a Director of Alembic. Mr. Peat is coordinating
  20. GLOBATRONICS, Inc's acquisition and restructuring of Alembic.

  22. Mr. Peat has an extensive background in computer electronics and
  23. has partnered and operated several businesses in Australia, before
  24. coming to the United States. He has a degree in Advanced Electronics.
  25. Globatronics will be  providing Alembic with expert management
  26. resources.  Alembic remains the pre-eminent source of NEXTSTEP
  27. compatible hardware and the world's foremost clearing house and
  28. supplier of the NEXTSTEP operating system and Third Party software.
  29. Alembic is currently producing a demo CD ROM disc covering NeXT
  30. compatible software which NeXT Computer Inc. will ship with each
  31. copy of NEXTSTEP and each NEXTSTEP upgrade sold worldwide.
